This blend of Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Sweet Orange & Ginger oils, with vitamin E, in a base of coconut, has a citrus aroma with a hint of spice to awaken our senses. We all have days when we feel tired or a bit fed-up and this powerful blend is comprised of uplifting oils to give you a boost when you need it. Perfect to carry in your pocket or handbag so you always have it to hand.
Bergamot and Grapefruit are uplifting and cheerful, and like anything in life that has the ability to give us a lift, they may help the body to combat negative emotions, and balance out mood swings, supporting the body to deal naturally with the anxieties or stresses of everyday living. Lemon is another citrus oil thought to help stimulate the immune system and lift emotions, allowing clarity of thought. Sweet Orange comes from the peel of the fruit. These fruits only grow naturally in sunny hot countries and the oils from them are like a burst of sunshine: warm, bright, uplifting and restorative, helping to provoke a more positive outlook. With fruits full of vitamin C, this oil may also strengthen the immune system. Ginger is spicy and warming. It can stimulate the circulation and wake up tired bodies and emotions.
Directions for use: Dab on wrists, temples, forehead, neck, chest and/or soles of feet or roll onto palms of hands and cup over nose to inhale the aroma.
Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (fractionated coconut oil); Bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil expressed); Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) peel oil); Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil; Citrus sinensis (Sweet orange) peel oil expressed; Tocopherol (Vitamin E); Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) root oil; Helianthus annus (Sunflower) seed oil;
*Limonene, Linalol, Citral & Citronellol (*also present as natural constituents of essential oils in this blend).
Use and safety advice: Shake well before use each time. Store away from heat or direct sunlight (ideally in a dark cupboard when not in use). For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes. Discontinue use if skin irritation or any adverse reaction occurs. Some oils in this blend are phototoxic so may increase sensitivity to ultraviolet light. As a precaution, do not apply just before going out in the sun. If you have a known allergy to coconut, then we suggest you choose one of our alternative blends that use organic Golden Jojoba oil as a base.
