Eucalyptus is well-known for its effect as a steam inhalant or a rub to promote clear breathing. Rosemary is recognised by aromatherapists as having diuretic properties and following recent studies it is now being more widely recognised for its potential clearing effect on the mind, refreshing and relieving mental fatigue and improving concentration and memory. Lemon is uplifting, not only having a clearing effect on the skin, but also refreshing the mind. However, it is possibly best known for its stimulating effect on both immune and respiratory systems. Lavender is both a cooling and calming oil, yet probably known best for its relaxing properties so in this blend it works in synergy and creates balance.
Directions for use: Dab on wrists, temples, forehead, neck, chest and/or soles of feet as required. Alternatively roll some on the palm of your hands and cup over nose to breathe deeply.
Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (fractionated coconut oil); Rosmarinus officinalis (Organic Rosemary) leaf oil; Lavandula angustifolia (Organic lavender) oil; Citrus limon (Organic lemon) peel oil; Eucalyptus globulus (Organic Eucalyptus) leaf oil; Tocopherol (Vitamin E); Helianthus annus (Sunflower) seed oil.
* Limonene, Linalol & Geraniol (*present as natural constituents of essential oils in this blend).
Use and safety advice: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes. Discontinue use if skin irritation or any adverse reaction occurs. For optimum storage keep in a cool dark place when not in use. Rosemary oil should not be used in pregnancy or by anyone who suffers with epilepsy.
